How to use it?
Using only water makes a thinner consistency; using only milk makes a thicker consistency; and using both together is a good mixture of the 2! *you can use any liquid you want in the shakes – water, skim milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, coconut milk, juices, etc.*
Using a blender is our suggested way to blend. Don't have a blender? That's ok! Use a shaker cup instead to break up the powder!
Adding a banana makes it thicker.
Adding 1/4 an avocado makes it creamier (especially in strawberry shakes!)
Use coconut water instead of regular water if you want more electrolytes in your shake after a workout.
